This feature includes soothing animations to help you be more present and mindful. You can choose to receive reminders to start Reflect sessions at specific times or customize the duration according to your preference. Similarly, with the Breathe feature, you can follow a visually appealing animation that corresponds to your breath cycles, guiding your breathing at a rate of your choice. You can set reminders for Breathe sessions and adjust the duration based on your needs. Both Reflect and Breathe sessions can be tracked in the Health app on iPhone and iPad, as well as the Fitness app on iPhone.
