The Mindfulness app offers a range of features designed to help you incorporate mindful moments into your day and improve your emotional well-being. With State of Mind, you can log and track your momentary emotions and daily moods in a simple and engaging way. You can even use the Digital Crown to visually see how your emotions are changing over time. Additionally, you can identify what factors contribute to your state of mind, such as hobbies, travel, and work. The app also provides helpful prompts to guide you towards a kind and thoughtful frame of mind with the Reflect feature. This feature includes soothing animations to help you be more present and mindful. You can choose to receive reminders to start Reflect sessions at specific times or customize the duration according to your preference. Similarly, with the Breathe feature, you can follow a visually appealing animation that corresponds to your breath cycles, guiding your breathing at a rate of your choice. You can set reminders for Breathe sessions and adjust the duration based on your needs. Both Reflect and Breathe sessions can be tracked in the Health app on iPhone and iPad, as well as the Fitness app on iPhone.
